The rules of working with applyzero
These terms explain the rights and obligations that apply when you use our AI interview preparation platform. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Agreement to terms
- -By accessing applyzero you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here.
- -If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- -You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- -You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes to keep your account current.
3. Acceptable use
- -Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share or that infringes on the rights of others.
- -Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or related infrastructure.
- -Do not use generated content for unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive activities.
4. Subscription and payment
- -Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- -We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual property
- -applyzero retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including logos, product copy, and proprietary technology.
- -You retain ownership of the CVs, job descriptions, and custom inputs you provide. You grant applyzero a license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service.
6. Disclaimers
- -The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee interview results or job placement outcomes.
- -We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
- -To the maximum extent permitted by law, applyzero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- -In all cases, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the prior three months.
8. Termination
- -We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a security risk.
- -You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
9. Governing law
- -These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
10. Changes to these terms
- -We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
